Nowadays, fear and Stress are the main problems when fear or negative thought comes in the body, it inhibits the flow of positive energy, fear starts a negative cycle and creates depression, it reduces the energy flow and working capacity of a person and then tensions and pressures anxiety levels increases. Yoga is a way to reverse or “back to the fight”.
